Informativa sulle spedizioni

We only accept orders that provide for delivery in the countries that you will find indicated during the Purchase Procedure. They are:

Europe: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Italy, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, United Kingdom, Principality of Monaco, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, San Marino, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Malta, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia.

Asia: Japan, South Korea, New Zeland, Australia, Taiwan.

Middle East: Jordan, United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Turkey, State of Israel.

North America: United States of America, Canada.

If you order more than one product, we will ship the order only once all the products are available (there will therefore be no partial shipment, unless you are notified otherwise).

Confirmation of the Order and Shipping

Once the order has been shipped, we will send you an Order and Shipping Confirmation by e-mail. This Order and Shipping Confirmation is our acceptance of your order and confirms the existence of the binding sales contract.

Delivery

We will endeavor to ensure that the delivery takes place according to the estimated time from the date of receipt of our Order and Shipment Confirmation and, in any case, within thirty (30) days from that date, unless your purchase is referring to a product or service that, as we will indicate to you, will take longer for delivery due to your specific request (for example, in the case of products or services that are customized or made on the basis of your specific indications).

When you order through the Sales Channels, you can choose a specific delivery date, as indicated within the Sales Channels themselves. However, this delivery date will be subject to our confirmation.

In the event that the delivery of the products is delayed due to an event that is beyond our control, we will notify you as soon as possible of this delay and we will do everything possible to minimize it. In the event that we do not deliver the order within thirty (30) days from the date of Confirmation of the Order and of the Shipment, or from any other date indicated by us, you can contact us by e-mail customercare@montemurro1902.com to cancel the order and obtain a refund of any sums already paid for products not received.

In any case, your only remedy for non-delivery of the order is your right to cancel the order and receive a refund of any amounts already paid for the products not received.

We reserve the right to deliver the products only to the intended recipient of the order, as indicated on the package label.

Invoices

Once you have ordered the products through the Sales Channels, you will receive a written invoice as a PDF attachment to your e-mail address.
