The customer is granted the right of withdrawal without reason within thirty (30) days of receipt of the ordered product. If 30 days have gone by since we received your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it and must also be in the original packaging.
All returns are subject to rigorous Quality Control to ensure they meet these requirements. If the products do not meet the Quality Control standards, we will refuse the return and the products will be returned to you. If, on the other hand, the returned product satisfies the Quality Control, we will proceed with the refund or exchange.
Failure to comply with these Conditions of Sale gives us the right to refuse the return and return it to you at your expense.
ATTENTION: THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL IS DENIED IN CASE OF ITEMS MADE TO MEASURE OR CUSTOMIZED SPECIALLY FOR THE CUSTOMER.
Return procedure
The customer must communicate within 30 days of receiving the product the desire to withdraw from the contract and return the product, by e-mail: return&exchange@montemurro1902.com or registered letter to:

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original credit card or payment method within a certain period of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
Then contact your bank. It often takes some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at return&exchange@montemurro1902.com and send your item. In this case the shipping costs are at our expense.
Shipment
To return the product, you must ship the product to:

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
